This Privacy Policy governs the mobile applications developed and distributed by Soluciones PSG via the Google Play Store. We are fully committed to protecting user transparency regarding device permissions and third-party services.

        Data Privacy Core Principle: We do not directly collect, store, manipulate, or transfer any personal data to our own servers. Any data accessed via device permissions (such as microphone or location) is processed strictly locally on your device in real-time and is never saved or transmitted.
    

1. Local Device Permissions & Real-Time Processing

Depending on the specific functionality of each individual application, the software may request access to certain sensitive device features. This data is handled under strict technical isolation:

Microphone / Audio Access: For utility apps requiring audio inputs (such as musical tools or tuners), audio signals are captured solely to analyze audio frequencies locally. Audio recordings are never saved, stored, or transmitted to any external server.
Location Services: For navigation or promotional discovery features, the app may access your device's geographical location. This data is used exclusively in real-time to compute distances or routes on your map locally. Your location history is never tracked or shared.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising (AdMob)

To support development, our applications may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Additionally, we monitor general technical performance using default automated metrics from the Google Play Console. These third-party services may automatically collect and process certain data, which may include:

IP addresses and general device information (model, OS version).
Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) used to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads.

3. Data Minimization and Third-Party Sharing

Outside of the automated advertising infrastructure managed directly by Google AdMob, Soluciones PSG does not sell, trade, rent, or share any user information, metrics, or permission-based data with any other corporate entities, marketing firms, or external parties.

4. Children's Privacy Compliance (COPPA)

Because our applications integrate advertising networks (AdMob), the ads served are designed to strictly comply with Google Play’s Families Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Depending on the target audience of the specific app, ad requests are configured to restrict behavioral tracking for minors.
